The Rope Resort - Darjeeling (West Bengal)

The Rope Resort provided a convenient location for our stay, situated in a lively area. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests we had. the resort had a good range of amenities, including a restaurant that served delicious food.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized. there were some maintenance issues in the rooms, such as leaking geysers and missing chairs.

The location of this hotel in the mountains was amazing. The serene and picturesque surroundings added to the charm of my stay. the transportation options were convenient, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the two beautiful hiking trails accessible from the hotel, which offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with nearby access to shops, restaurants and public transportation. we appreciated the comfortable bed and linens in our room.

We also experienced issues with the geyser, which leaked and didn't work properly, and the food was unsatisfactory since it was served uncovered.

I had an amazing time staying at the Rope Resort. the location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with stunning views. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. the breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the facilities provided, such as the outdoor seating area where I could admire the beautiful surroundings. it was a delightful experience.

I did encounter some issues with the check-in process which could have been smoother.
